Dr. Jagdeep Shah

Dr. Jagdeep Babulal Shah is a senior Consultant Nephrologist and Transplant Physician based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with over 35 years of experience in renal medicine. He has extensive expertise in the management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), hypertension, diabetes-related kidney disorders, dialysis, and pre- and post-renal transplant care. Dr. Shah completed his medical education with MBBS and MD in General Medicine, followed by advanced training in Nephrology, including DM and DNB, from the Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Centre (IKDRC), Ahmedabad. He has been practicing as a Consultant Nephrologist in Ahmedabad since 1999 and has also served internationally as a Specialist Nephrologist at King Abdulaziz Hospital & Oncology Centre, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. His professional interests include renal transplantation, dialysis, EPO therapy, and clinical research. He is a member of the Indian Society of Nephrology and Indian Society of Organ Transplantation.
