Tele Consultation

Speak to a SAL specialist by video from anywhere in the world — before you travel, and after you return home.

Your first appointment starts at home.

Before any international patient books a flight, we want you to have met your doctor. Our tele-consultation service connects you by secure video call with the SAL consultant who will lead your care. You can ask every question, understand the proposed treatment, discuss alternatives and see the person who will be responsible for you — all from your living room.

Tele-consultations are also how we continue your care after discharge. Once you are back home, follow-up visits, wound checks, medication reviews and report discussions happen online, so you never feel cut off from your surgical team.

The service is simple to use: WhatsApp video, Google Meet or Zoom, in English or with an interpreter. Sessions are scheduled at a time that suits your time zone.

What a tele-consultation covers

Second opinion on a diagnosis or treatment recommended elsewhere

Pre-travel preparation: medicines to continue or stop, tests to complete at home
